Chocolate Cookies [suomeksi]

4 ½ dl (450 ml) flour

1 tsp baking soda

250 g butter

2 dl (200 ml) soft brown sugar

1 ½ dl (150 ml) white sugar

1 tsp vanilla sugar

2 eggs

200 g chocolate

Mix flour, cacao powder and baking soda. Then mix in another bowl soft brown sugar, vanilla sugar, soft butter (or margarine) and white sugar. Use electric mixer. Add eggs. When the batter is smooth add the flour-mix in it. Then fold in crushed chocolate using a plastic spatula. When your cookie dough is ready heat the oven to 200 °C. Form cookies using two tablespoons and the tip of your fingers to flatten the cookies on an oven tray covered with ovenproof paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
